Climber hands over to Mountainbike.
Only registered, 18+ contestants will be admitted to the competition.
Every contestant should be equipped with a helmet, desirably a cross type.
Contestants can also have their choice of pedals, with a locker or without it.
Following width of tires are acceptable: 26, 27.5, 29.
The track will be the same length as the Olympic cross-country track, 10 kilometers long. There will be a checkpoint after each kilometer.
Traffic signs will be placed before each obstacle.
The contestants will have a chance to get acquainted with the track a day before the competition.
The climber who finishes the track passes the baton onto the biker. The biker will be given a sign accordingly.
The bikers have to cover the track in full and take care of any technical problems independently.
Changing the bike, tires, or any other part is not allowed.
There will be no feed zone or technical support.
If the bikers try to take shortcuts or accept any kind of help from a third party, they will receive a referral, along with the team.
